The deposit paid on booking secures your holiday.  It is non refundable should you cancel your holiday or fail to pay your holiday balance in full by the date due on your booking confirmation.

This deposit, does not get deducted from the total amount due to be paid for your holiday, we keep it as your damages bond and return it after your break upon confirmation of no loss or damage to the caravan or the contents.

Should unforeseen circumstances arise - the owner reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time prioir to your arrival and if this should occur you will be refunded in full.

We encourage you to take out appropriate travel insurance to include cancellation cover and cannot be held liable for any accident/injury or cancellation should you choose not too.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR CARAVANS ARE STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND NO PETS.

DEPOSIT/BOND WILL BE LOST IF THIS IS IGNORED TO COVER STEAM CLEANING OF THE CARPETS AND UPHOLSTERY.

THE OWNER IS WITHIN THEIR RIGHTS TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE MATTRESS PROTECTORS.  THE COST TO REPLACE ANY DAMAGED/MISSING ONES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BOND.

CANCELLATIONS

 

Period before arrival within which notice of cancellation is received.

56 DAYS OR MORE - Loss of deposit

55-42 DAYS - 25% total booking cost and deposit

41-28 DAYS - 50% total booking cost and deposit

27-14 DAYS - 75% total booking cost and deposit

Less than 14 days notice - 100% total booking cost and deposit
